Rogers spent less than 24 hours on waivers before being signed to his second NFL team, despite having zero statistical output as a rookie. The Bills are in need of space eaters on their interior defensive line, making this a decent situation for Rogers.

“For me, it’s more like my whole career, I haven’t really had too many great opportunities with a stable quarterback the entire season,” said Moore on Monday. The four-year veteran wide receiver signed a one-year contract with the Bills on May 1. “Being blessed with the opportunity to, God willing, have 17 for the entire season with the MVP at that, a top-tier caliber player, top-tier caliber team, top-tier caliber coaches, putting you in position -- I feel like it would just be the best position that I’ve been put in yet.” During his career spent with the Jets and Browns, Moore has played with 10 different starting quarterbacks. He’s totaled 200 career receptions and ten total touchdowns.

For his career, Moore has returned two punts and one kickoff, but the former second-round pick said he “would love” to return more kicks next season. Moore signed a one-year deal with the Bills last week after spending the previous two seasons with the Browns. While he can provide solid depth to the Bills’ receiver room (61-539-1 in 2024), it goes without saying that Moore may need to find additional ways to contribute in 2025. Moore returned kicks as a freshman at Ole Miss in 2018, averaging a meager 18.5 yards per return. Under the new rules, it’s possible he could find more success in the role if he’s able to win the job in camp.

Cleveland placed the rarely-used free agent tender on Moore earlier this week, allowing the Browns to potentially net a compensatory pick if he signed elsewhere. Moore’s visit with the Bills proved fruitful, and he will now play for “up to” $5 million. Moore struggled to find his footing after the Jets traded him to Cleveland, and he went for a measly 538 yards in 2024. He will now get another chance to reset things in Buffalo, but Moore is far from a guarantee for playing time with the Bills.

It’s certainly more of an opinion than a fact, but Buscaglia writes that Kincaid “can be the single-most important key to giving the Bills a different element to their game.” Perhaps more notable is the fact that Kincaid is healthy after dealing with “ill-timed injuries” last season, which includes but are perhaps not limited to a knee injury that led to him missing four regular season games. Kincaid caught 73 passes for 673 and two touchdowns as a rookie in 2023, but was limited to just 44-448-2 across 13 games last season. A more reliable role could have him on the fantasy radar as a low-end TE1 after he ranked 11th amongst TE in points as a rookie.

Moore, 25, caught a career-high 61 passes last season and finished second on the Browns with 538 receiving yards. The former second-round pick would likely be viewed more as a role player if he did sign with the Bills, as Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, and Joshua Palmer are expected to see the majority of snaps in three receiver sets. Moore is a talented receiver who could provide solid depth to a strong receiving corps, but it’d be hard to envision him being any kind of a difference-maker.

Cook skipped last week’s voluntary workouts and is, by all accounts, still hoping that the Bills will extend his contract beyond 2025 to the tune of $15 million per year. The team hasn’t blinked and no suitors came calling this weekend. It is possible that Cook could attempt a “hold in” but he has very little leverage. Hopefully, the situation is resolved well before training camp begins.

Prather (6’4/204) started his college career with two seasons at West Virginia before transferring to Maryland for his final two seasons. He was an outside receiver for the Terrapins, catching 56 passes for 624 yards and four touchdowns as a senior. Prather has a tall frame and good straight-line speed to be a downfield threat. He tested with the lowest vertical and broad jumps among wide receivers at the NFL combine, showing a lack of explosiveness that prevents him from being a consistent separator or contested catch receiver. If he can play special teams at the NFL level, Prather may be able to stick to a roster and enter a pass-catching rotation as a lanky outside receiver.

A four-year starter with the Huskies, Lundt (6’8/303) was initially part of the 2019 class. He redshirted as a freshman and UConn’s 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lundt finally took over at right tackle in 2021 and never gave the role up for the next four seasons. He improved as a run and pass blocker in every season, earning a top-10 overall grade at tackle by Pro Football Focus in 2024. He was charted with zero sacks allowed on 449 pass-blocking reps in his final season. Lundt has quick feet when moving on run blocks but doesn’t have the necessary weight to be an anchor in pass protection. His ability to move makes him a better fit for zone blocking schemes, though he will need to bulk up no matter what his team asks him to do at the next level. Despite measuring in just shy of 6’8” at the combine, Lundt’s arms are surprisingly short at just 32-5/8’’. Lundt’s build could lend itself to guard duties in the pros, but he also has the tape of a capable swing tackle.
